Binational Toxics Strategy (BTS) This is a joint site issued between the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Environment Canada. BTS provides a framework for actions to reduce/eliminate persistent toxic substances, especially those which bioaccumulate, from the Great Lakes Basin.
